#17 Finally!!!!! I made it to the end. The Web 2.0 program is a very informative program. A great tool for everyone who enjoys using their computer. I probably will never use most of it, but I did, however, find a few helpful and interesting tools. I know that I will definitely use some of these finds. Others I have problems with. Thank you for the opportunity to explore and try out these activities.

#16 Craigslist was a first for me - I never had the time or inclination to explore the site. I can see how it could be a very useful tool. This site I would use from time to time. I noticed a listing for a Yard Sale right here in Mastic Beach which I could possibly explore. sale-wr4gq1206671428@craigslist.org

#15 Sorry, but I thought Google Doc was the most confusing activity I have yet to encounter. My thoughts on this are not good. I really don't have a clue why I would use it. I tried but to no avail. I would like to share that I know that all of this is to make your computer life easier, but I must disagree. I'm still not computer literate enough to understand how this works. Sorry!!!

#14 Wikis? What a strange name, who thought of that? I'm not sure I can trust all the added information. I know it is checked, but I'm still not sure!! I probably won't use it but there are lots of interesting facts and helpful tips you can find on SJCPL Subject Guides. And now you can talk to the library --- Great idea !

I tried out Bloglines Search tool. I found it very easy to use. I looked up several different items of interest and was able to locate something that I've been looking for for a long time. This is a site that I definitely use again. Technorati, Technorati tutorial was all greek to me. I'm not much into Syndic 8 either. I learned something today!!!

I think that the RSS feed reader is great on the library web site, however, I have no use for this service. I don't spend much time on the computer. I think it can be a convience for those patrons who like to keep up to date on all aspects of the library's offerings. On the library web site I would probably use the Catalog for anything I might want.

The RSS feed reader is amazing!! So much information available with the click of the mouse is overwhelming. It is a great source of info, which I would use on the library site. I'm not sure I would want to have my own account. I at least know what the symbol means and how to use it. A truly remarkable concept.

I took a tour through the Suffolk Wave and discovered how to download books and music. I became aware of the many different opportunities the library has available. I think that I will try it out sometime.

Finding flickr was a little confusing but rewarding. I found lots of beautiful pictures. Where I don't think I will ever use this site, I do think that it will be fun to visit again.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=deRF9oEbRso This is a video I watched on youtube. I use Youtube all the time, I send different videos to my e-mail friends.

Library Thing is a good site for me, because I love to read books. This is a very helpful site and I think I will enjoy it.

The Delicious site was interesting, I wouldn't use it but I see how it can be useful to people.
It's also easy to use. I see how the word clouds let you pick out what you need.

I explored My Space and Facebook, they look like fun for people who have the time.

I tried to twitter, it's just not my style. I put "Learning to Twitter" on the MMSCL account.

Creating my blog was a little confusing but I did it !! Now on to the next step hoping that it will be a little easier.
